I have used Nick for probably the last 15 years for any plumbing issues I have had in the house, from a leaking pipe behind a shower to rerouting plumbing under a kitchen sink after a kitchen remodel. Nick is by far the most honest person in this type of business. He is very responsive to questions, has no problem explaining exactly what went wrong and how to avoid future issues, gives you great advise on how to maintain shower heads and faucets to save you money, and just overall a great person to have do work in your home without having any worries. I never hesitate to refer his name to friends and neighbors when they are in plumbing needs. Just a great company that is very trustworthy.

We had a complex plumbing repair that needed to be done to our cracked drain line within our master bathroom. Nick and his crew were professional, courteous, and punctual. Nick did an excellent job locating the cracked drain line on top of that locating another issue with a line that collapsed. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me proof of what was going on with the drain line camera. Nick and his crew are honest and very hardworking. I am extremely happy that I chose his company to do the job. I've dealt with other plumbing company's to try to resolve the issue, but they never seem to be upfront with me like Nick was. Nick with Unique Improvement did an excellent job of replacing our water heater. He was able to get our replacement unit even though it was out of stock at supply houses and the big box stores. The installation was first rate-neat and clean with a professional looking completion. And best of all completed before our old unit exploded. Would highly recommend Unique Improvement.

It is almost impossible to find a good honest plumber but I found one! Nick was very knowledgeable and informative as to what was happening with the leak in my wall. His pricing was extremely fair. He is an all-round good guy. Throughout the whole process he communicated with me on when he would be at my house and was very punctual. I am so happy to have found Unique Improvement Plumbing and am adding him to my "go to" list.

Not only was Unique improvement plumbing the fairest in prices (and I called around alot) but the whole experience was perfect. Nick was very professional and on top of that he was so very neat about the whole messy process. He disinfected the area he worked on and left it cleaner than it was before. Im so glad to have found them and plan on using them should future plumbing problems arise.

Unique Improvement was recommended to me by my HVAC technician and I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. Their work installing the water heater was excellent and significantly less expensive than the other quotes I received.
